　　1. Altitude

　　隨著海拔的升高，空氣將越來越稀薄，空氣的密度也將越來越小。相同體積的空氣中所含O2的質(zhì)量也越來越小，直到不能滿足發(fā)動機額定負(fù)載的需要。此時發(fā)動機將降載運行。

　　As the altitude increases, the air will become thinner and the density of the air will also decrease. The mass of O2 contained in the same volume of air also decreases until it cannot meet the requirements of the engine's rated load. At this point, the engine will run with reduced load.

　　同時對于高壓發(fā)電機組，應(yīng)檢查其發(fā)電機的電氣間隙是否符合規(guī)范要求。

　　2、 最高氣溫

　　溫度也是發(fā)動機降載的重要因素?？諝饷芏葘㈦S著氣溫升高而變小，到達(dá)某個溫度，發(fā)動機也將因為沒有足夠的O2而降載。

　　Temperature is also an important factor in engine load reduction. The air density will decrease as the temperature rises, and at a certain temperature, the engine will also be unloaded due to insufficient O2.

　　另一方面，環(huán)境溫度過高，將會導(dǎo)致發(fā)動機冷卻系統(tǒng)散熱能力下降而不能滿足發(fā)動機額定負(fù)載支持的散熱要求，降載運行。

　　On the other hand, if the ambient temperature is too high, it will lead to a decrease in the heat dissipation capacity of the engine cooling system, which cannot meet the heat dissipation requirements supported by the rated load of the engine, resulting in reduced load operation.

　　3、 最低氣溫

　　發(fā)動機的環(huán)境溫度，也不是越低越好。溫度太低，發(fā)動機不易啟動，也影響混合器的控制。如果最低的環(huán)境溫度低于發(fā)動機要求的環(huán)境溫度，則需要設(shè)計循環(huán)空氣通道，利用機房空氣熱量加熱進(jìn)入發(fā)動機的空氣，滿足發(fā)動機運行的溫度要求。

　　The lower the ambient temperature of the engine, the better. The temperature is too low, making it difficult to start the engine and affecting the control of the mixer. If the minimum ambient temperature is lower than the required ambient temperature of the engine, a circulating air channel needs to be designed to use the heat of the engine room air to heat the air entering the engine and meet the temperature requirements for engine operation.

The moisture in the air is usually corrosive, so stainless steel intercoolers should be chosen to enhance their corrosion resistance and extend their service life.

　　如果環(huán)境條件為多粉塵的環(huán)境，為了加強發(fā)動機空氣過濾器的過濾能力，需選擇重型空氣濾清器。

　　If the project is installed near the sea, due to the varying levels of salt in the ocean air, salt will react chemically with copper over time, leading to corrosion. According to the salt content in the ocean, anti-corrosion treatment should be carried out on the generator set, especially for copper containing generators and cooling water tanks.
