發(fā)電機(jī)組配件在運(yùn)作當(dāng)中會(huì)出現(xiàn)“發(fā)燒”的現(xiàn)象，過(guò)熱可能是由于發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)溫度過(guò)高，風(fēng)扇皮帶過(guò)緊及調(diào)整器限額電流凋整不當(dāng)引起，也可能由于本身的原因。這時(shí)候應(yīng)該對(duì)發(fā)電設(shè)備進(jìn)行檢查維修，如果檢查到冷卻水和機(jī)油的溫度長(zhǎng)時(shí)間超出正常許用值，則說(shuō)明該發(fā)電機(jī)組配件出現(xiàn)了過(guò)熱故障。

1、機(jī)體與缸蓋的水道里雜質(zhì)沉積太多，使水循環(huán)不暢通，機(jī)油損耗過(guò)多也會(huì)引起散熱不良。
1. There are too many impurities in the water channel between the engine body and the cylinder head, which makes the water circulation not smooth. Excessive oil loss will also cause poor heat dissipation.
2、*使用硬水，導(dǎo)致水箱水道形成大量水垢，導(dǎo)致散熱不良。

3、冷卻系統(tǒng)有堵塞現(xiàn)象。由于減少了機(jī)油的冷卻效果，發(fā)電設(shè)備各摩擦副的熱量傳不出來(lái)，也會(huì)導(dǎo)致機(jī)體過(guò)熱。散熱、冷卻、潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)的堵塞，都會(huì)導(dǎo)致柴油機(jī)過(guò)熱。
3. The cooling system is blocked. As the cooling effect of the engine oil is reduced, the heat of the friction pairs of the power generation equipment cannot be transferred, which will also lead to overheating of the engine body. Blockage of heat dissipation, cooling and lubrication systems will cause overheating of the diesel engine.
4、操作不當(dāng)，啟動(dòng)時(shí)應(yīng)先用中小油門(mén)預(yù)熱一段時(shí)間，不能突然加大油門(mén)，猛加負(fù)荷，否則會(huì)使柴油發(fā)電機(jī)工作粗暴，溫度猛增。

同時(shí)機(jī)器的三相負(fù)荷電流不平衡，過(guò)載的一相繞組會(huì)過(guò)熱;若三相電流之差超過(guò)額定電流的10%，即屬于嚴(yán)重蛄相電流不平衡，三相電流不平衡會(huì)產(chǎn)生負(fù)序磁場(chǎng)，從而增加損耗，引起磁極繞組及套箍等部件發(fā)熱。這也是常見(jiàn)的一個(gè)問(wèn)題。
At the same time, the three-phase load current of the machine is unbalanced, and the overload one-phase winding will overheat; If the difference of the three-phase current exceeds 10% of the rated current, it is a serious three-phase current imbalance.
