1、安裝地點需通風(fēng)良好，發(fā)電機(jī)端應(yīng)有足夠的進(jìn)風(fēng)口，柴油機(jī)端應(yīng)有良好的出風(fēng)口。出風(fēng)口面積應(yīng)大于水箱面積1.5倍以上。
1. The installation site shall be well ventilated. There shall be sufficient air inlet at the generator end and good air outlet at the diesel engine end. The area of air outlet shall be more than 1.5 times that of water tank.
2、安裝地的周圍應(yīng)保持清潔，避免在附近放置能產(chǎn)生酸性、堿性等腐蝕性氣體和蒸汽的物品。有條件的應(yīng)配置滅火裝置。
2. The surrounding of the installation site should be kept clean and avoid placing articles that can produce corrosive gases and vapors such as acid and alkali nearby. Fire extinguishing devices shall be equipped if conditions permit.
3、在室內(nèi)使用，必須將排煙管道通導(dǎo)室外，管徑必須≥消音器的出煙管直徑，所接之管路的彎頭不宜超過3個，以保證排煙暢通，并應(yīng)將管子向下傾斜5-10度，避免雨水注入；若排氣管時垂直向上安裝的，則必須加裝防雨罩。
3. For indoor use, the smoke exhaust pipe must be led to the outside, the pipe diameter must be ≥ the diameter of the smoke outlet pipe of the muffler, and the elbow of the connected pipe should not exceed 3 to ensure smooth smoke exhaust, and the pipe should be tilted down 5-10 degrees to avoid rainwater injection; If the exhaust pipe is installed vertically upwards, a rain cover must be installed.

4、基礎(chǔ)采用混凝土?xí)r，在安裝時須用水平尺測其水平度，使機(jī)組固定于水平的基礎(chǔ)上。機(jī)組與基礎(chǔ)之間應(yīng)有專用防震墊或用底腳螺栓。
4. When the foundation is made of concrete, its levelness must be measured with a level bar during installation to fix the unit on a horizontal foundation. There shall be special shockproof pads or foundation bolts between the unit and the foundation.
5、機(jī)組外殼必須有可靠的保護(hù)接地，對需要有中性點直接接地的發(fā)電機(jī)，則必須由專業(yè)人員進(jìn)行中性接地，并配置防雷裝置，嚴(yán)禁利用市電的接地裝置進(jìn)行中性點直接接地。
5. The unit shell must have reliable protective grounding. For generators that require direct grounding of the neutral point, the neutral grounding must be carried out by professional personnel and equipped with lightning protection devices. It is strictly prohibited to use the grounding device of mains power for direct grounding of the neutral point.
6、發(fā)電機(jī)與市電的雙向開關(guān)必須分開。

機(jī)組本身各種材料會與機(jī)油、冷卻水、柴油、空氣等發(fā)生復(fù)雜的化學(xué)、物理變化，可能導(dǎo)致機(jī)組出現(xiàn)如下故障。
Various materials of the unit will have complex chemical and physical changes with engine oil, cooling water, diesel oil, air, etc., which may cause the following faults of the unit.
1、水進(jìn)入柴油機(jī)，由于空氣中水氣在溫度的變化發(fā)生冷凝現(xiàn)象，結(jié)成水珠掛附在油箱內(nèi)壁，流入柴油，致使柴油含水量超標(biāo)，這樣的柴油進(jìn)入發(fā)動機(jī)高壓油泵，會銹蝕精密耦合件柱塞，嚴(yán)重的會損壞機(jī)組，定期維護(hù)即有效可避免。
1. When water enters the diesel engine, due to the condensation of water vapor in the air due to the change of temperature, it forms a water droplet hanging on the inner wall of the oil tank and flows into the diesel oil, which causes the water content of the diesel oil to exceed the standard. Such diesel oil entering the engine high-pressure oil pump will rust the precise coupling plunger, and seriously damage the unit, which can be effectively avoided by regular maintenance.
2、機(jī)油變質(zhì)，機(jī)油的保持期（二年）發(fā)動機(jī)的機(jī)油是機(jī)械潤滑作用，而機(jī)油也有一定的保持期，長時間存放，機(jī)油的物理化學(xué)性能會發(fā)生變化，造成機(jī)組工作時潤滑狀況惡化，容易引發(fā)機(jī)組零件損壞，所以潤滑油要定期更換。
2. The engine oil deteriorates, and its retention period (two years). The engine oil is used for mechanical lubrication, and the engine oil also has a certain retention period. The physical and chemical properties of the engine oil will change when stored for a long time, resulting in the deterioration of the lubricating condition of the unit during operation, which is easy to cause the damage of the unit parts, so the lubricating oil should be replaced regularly.
