1. Base: it is used to install alternator, engine and cooling system. It needs to have good shockproof performance because the diesel generator set will have great vibration when working. Therefore, the base must have certain shockproof performance.
2. Engine: the engine must be a four stroke, intercooled turbocharged diesel engine.
3. Starting system: the starting system of diesel generator set is divided into air starting and 24V DC starting.
4. Generator: the diesel generator set uses an alternator.
5. Control system: the diesel generator set must have a control system with simple operation and reliable performance.
6. Cooling system: closed water cooling. The ambient temperature can reach 40 ℃.
Use occasion:
1. When the generator is in use, it shall be placed outdoors or in a well ventilated place in the machine room. It shall not be close to doors, windows and vents to avoid carbon monoxide entering the room.
2. Do not use the generator near flammable and explosive materials.
3. The generator shall be placed in a dry place. If it needs to be installed in the open air, it must be covered by a canopy building to prevent contact accidents due to humidity. 4. Do not use portable generators indoors, such as garage, shed, basement and closed occasions. The use of portable generators in these occasions, even if the windows and doors are opened or mechanical ventilation is carried out, can not prevent the accumulation of carbon monoxide in the room, which may lead to carbon monoxide poisoning, fire and even electric shock.
