發(fā)電機(jī)組操作流程

Operation flow of generator set

1、室內(nèi)氣溫低于20℃時(shí)，開啟電加熱器，對(duì)機(jī)器進(jìn)行預(yù)熱。

1. When the indoor temperature is lower than 20 ℃, turn on the electric heater to preheat the machine.

2、檢查機(jī)體及周圍有無妨礙運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的雜物，如有應(yīng)及時(shí)清走。

2. Check whether there are sundries hindering the operation of the machine body and its surroundings, and remove them in time.

3、檢查曲軸箱油位、燃油箱油位、散熱器水位。如油位水位低于規(guī)定值，應(yīng)補(bǔ)充至正常位置。

3. Check the crankcase oil level, fuel tank oil level and radiator water level. If the oil level is lower than the specified value, it shall be added to the normal position.

4、檢查燃油供油閥和冷卻水截止閥是否處于開通位置。

9、按動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的起動(dòng)按鈕，使其啟動(dòng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。如次起動(dòng)失敗，可按下配電屏上相應(yīng)的復(fù)位按鈕，待其警報(bào)消除、機(jī)組回復(fù)正常狀態(tài)方可進(jìn)行第二次啟動(dòng)。啟動(dòng)后，機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)聲音正常，冷卻水泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)指示燈亮及路儀表指示正常，啟動(dòng)成功。

9. Press the start button of the engine to start it. If the first start fails, press the corresponding reset button on the distribution panel, and the second start can be carried out only after the alarm is eliminated and the unit returns to normal state. After startup, the machine operates normally, the cooling water pump operation indicator light is on and the road instrument indication is normal, and the startup is successful.
