腐蝕問題是導(dǎo)致散熱器故障的主要原因。在此建議要經(jīng)常檢查管子接頭，使之不要泄漏，并且水箱要定期加水以排空系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的空氣。散熱水箱也不要處于部分注放水的狀況，因為這樣往往加速腐蝕過程。對于不工作的發(fā)電機組，要把水箱全部抽空或全部灌滿。條件允許的話，用蒸餾水或自然軟水，并加入適量的防銹劑。

Corrosion is the main cause of radiator failure. It is suggested that the pipe joint should be checked frequently to prevent leakage, and the water tank should be filled regularly to drain the air in the system. The cooling water tank should not be in the condition of partial water injection and discharge, because this often accelerates the corrosion process. 在露天環(huán)境中工作的發(fā)電機組，其散熱器的縫隙可能會被碎屑、昆蟲等雜物堵塞?？梢越?jīng)常用低壓熱水（適當(dāng)添加清潔劑）進行噴洗，要注意把蒸氣或水從散熱器前面向風(fēng)扇噴射。噴洗時，要用布將柴油機及交流發(fā)電機遮擋起來。如果沉積物難以除去的話，則可以把散熱器拆下并在熱的堿水浸泡約20分鐘，然后用熱水沖洗干凈。

For the generator set working in the open air, the gap of its radiator may be blocked by debris, insects and other sundries. You can often spray with low-pressure hot water (add detergent appropriately), and pay attention to spraying steam or water from the front of the radiator to the fan. 一條開機啟動前的準(zhǔn)備步驟：

One preparation step before startup:

1、檢查各緊固件、連接件是否松動，各運動件是否靈活。

1. Check whether the fasteners and connectors are loose and whether the moving parts are flexible.

2、檢查燃油、機油以及冷卻水的儲量，要滿足使用基本要求。

2. Check the reserves of fuel, engine oil and cooling water to meet the basic requirements.

3、檢查控制柜上的負(fù)載空氣開關(guān)，應(yīng)在斷開位置（或置OFF位），并將電壓旋鈕整定在電壓比較小的位置上。

3. Check that the load air switch on the control cabinet should be in the off position (or off position), and set the voltage knob to the position with relatively low voltage.
