一、排除空氣的方法

1、 Method of removing air

1、一般情況下，用起子或扳手擰松噴油泵兩側上端的任一排氣螺絲數(shù)圈。用手按壓手動油泵15-20次，至排出的柴油連續(xù)通暢無氣泡，發(fā)出“吱吱”的聲音為止。擰死放氣螺釘，將手動油泵按壓回至原位。

Press the manual oil pump by hand for 15-20 times until the discharged diesel oil is smooth without bubbles and makes a "squeak" sound. 4. 6、一般經(jīng)過低壓油路的排除空氣，機組就可啟動。如還需要排除高壓油管中的空氣，松開高壓油管在噴油器一端的螺帽，按壓手動油泵，直至所溢出的燃油中無氣泡后擰緊螺帽。如此逐缸進行，使各缸噴油器中充滿燃油。

6. Generally, the unit can be started after the air is discharged through the low-pressure oil circuit. If it is necessary to remove air from the high-pressure fuel pipe, loosen the nut of the high-pressure fuel pipe at one end of the fuel injector, press the manual oil pump until there is no bubble in the spilled fuel, and then tighten the nut. This is done cylinder by cylinder so that the fuel injectors of each cylinder are filled with fuel.

7、如果氣體仍不能排凈，應檢查管路是否有漏氣情況。
