1、檢查機(jī)組表面是否清潔清潔

地腳螺帽、飛輪螺釘和其它的運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)件螺帽是否有松動(dòng)的現(xiàn)象，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題立馬把它緊固。
Check if there is any looseness in the nuts of the foundation bolts, flywheel screws, and other moving parts. If any problems are found, tighten them immediately.
2、檢查各部分間隙是否正確
2. Check if the gaps between each part are correct
要仔細(xì)的檢查各個(gè)進(jìn)排氣門的間隙和減壓機(jī)構(gòu)間隙是不是達(dá)到要求。
Carefully check whether the clearance of each intake and exhaust valve and the clearance of the pressure reducing mechanism meet the requirements.
3、將各氣缸置于減壓位置
3. Place each cylinder in the reduced pressure position
轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)曲軸檢聽各缸機(jī)件運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)聲音是否有異常的聲響，曲軸可不可以運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)自如，同時(shí)把機(jī)油泵進(jìn)個(gè)摩擦面然后關(guān)上減壓機(jī)構(gòu)搖動(dòng)曲軸。
Rotate the crankshaft to check if there is any abnormal sound during the operation of each cylinder's components, and check if the crankshaft can operate freely. At the same time, insert the oil pump into the friction surface and close the pressure reducing mechanism to shake the crankshaft.

4、檢查燃油供給系統(tǒng)的情況

檢查燃油箱蓋上的通氣孔順暢不順暢，如果孔里有污物要及時(shí)清除清潔加進(jìn)的燃?xì)馐遣皇呛线m要求的牌號(hào)，油量充不充沛并打開油路開關(guān)。
Check whether the ventilation hole on the fuel tank cap is smooth or not. If there is any dirt in the hole, clean it in a timely manner and ensure that the added gas is of the appropriate grade. If the fuel level is insufficient, turn on the fuel circuit switch.
5、檢查水冷卻系統(tǒng)的情況
5. Check the condition of the water cooling system
檢查水箱里的冷卻水量充沛不充沛，如果水量不夠要加滿清潔的軟水，檢查接頭水管是否有漏水的情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題立刻進(jìn)行解決，檢查冷卻水泵的葉輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活程度，傳動(dòng)帶松緊是否適當(dāng)。
Check if the cooling water in the water tank is sufficient or not. If the water is not sufficient, fill it with clean soft water. Check if there is any leakage in the joint water pipe. If any problems are found, immediately solve them. Check the flexibility of the impeller rotation of the cooling water pump and whether the tightness of the transmission belt is appropriate.
6、檢查潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)的情況
6. Check the condition of the lubrication system
檢查機(jī)油管及管接頭處有沒有漏油現(xiàn)象，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題立刻進(jìn)行解決，需要人工加油的油孔應(yīng)加注機(jī)油做用油槍加注潤(rùn)滑脂。
Check for oil leakage at the oil pipe and pipe joints. If any problems are found, immediately solve them. Oil holes that require manual refueling should be filled with engine oil and lubricated with grease using an oil gun.
