柴油機(jī)燃燒室的特點(diǎn)有哪些?

燃燒室按組織燃燒過程的特點(diǎn)和結(jié)構(gòu)不同分為開式、半開式、預(yù)燃室式和渦流室式四類。前兩類屬于直接噴射式燃燒室;后兩類屬于分隔式燃燒室。

復(fù)合式燃燒室把油膜蒸發(fā)混合燃燒與空間混合燃燒合理地結(jié)合起來,兼有兩者的優(yōu)點(diǎn),故又稱為復(fù)合式燃燒系統(tǒng),其工作過程柔和,可燃用多種燃料,對噴油系統(tǒng)要求低,而且起動(dòng)容易。缺點(diǎn)是低負(fù)荷排氣中未燃的碳?xì)浠锖枯^高。
