·柴油機(jī)運(yùn)行的全過程中，油壓表指針必須位于綠色區(qū)域內(nèi)

·During the whole process of diesel engine operation, the pointer of oil pressure gauge must be in the green area

·熱態(tài)柴油機(jī)在怠速運(yùn)行時(shí)，允許油壓指示燈閃亮（報(bào)警），油壓表指針位于紅色區(qū)域，但轉(zhuǎn)速銷一升高，油壓指示燈必須熄滅，油壓表指針必須移到綠色區(qū)域。

·When the hot diesel engine is running at idle speed, the oil pressure indicator is allowed to flash (alarm), and the pointer of the oil pressure gauge is located in the red area. However, as soon as the speed pin increases, the oil pressure indicator must be off, and the pointer of the oil pressure gauge must move to the green area.

·柴油機(jī)運(yùn)行的全過程中，缸頭溫度表指針必須位于綠色區(qū)域內(nèi)；

·During the whole process of diesel engine operation, the pointer of cylinder head thermometer must be in the green area;

·如果指針移到紅色區(qū)域內(nèi)，則意味著柴油機(jī)過熱，須即時(shí)停車，查明原因，排除故障。

·If the pointer moves to the red area, it means that the diesel engine is overheated. Stop immediately to find out the cause and eliminate the fault.

柴油機(jī)有無異常響聲，工作是否正常

·卸載后應(yīng)經(jīng)短時(shí)間空轉(zhuǎn)，柴油機(jī)怠速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)1~2分鐘，使溫度平衡。

·After unloading, the diesel engine shall be idled for a short time and idled for 1 ~ 2 minutes to balance the temperature.

·按下停車按鈕，停車電磁鐵移動(dòng)停車桿到停車位置，使柴油機(jī)停車，充電指示燈和油壓指示燈亮。

·Press the stop button, the stop electromagnet moves the stop lever to the stop position to stop the diesel engine, and the charging indicator light and oil pressure indicator light are on.

·逆時(shí)針轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)總電源開關(guān)鑰匙到“0”位，并拔出，充電和油壓指示燈滅。

·Turn the main power switch key counterclockwise to "0" position and pull it out, and the charging and oil pressure indicator lights go out.

說明：不可從滿負(fù)荷突然停車，否則易造成柴油機(jī)“粘缸抱軸”等故障。

Note: do not stop suddenly from full load, otherwise it is easy to cause faults such as "sticking cylinder and holding shaft" of diesel engine.

冬季運(yùn)行注意事項(xiàng)

Precautions for winter operation

）在-10℃以下使用時(shí)，換油周期要縮短。

）When it is used below - 10 ℃, the oil change cycle shall be shortened.

）冷起動(dòng)要求蓄電池保持良好狀態(tài)，注意蓄電池保溫。

）Cold start requires the battery to be in good condition, and pay attention to battery insulation.

）在溫度接近或低于0℃時(shí)應(yīng)使用火焰加熱塞。

）Flame heating plugs shall be used when the temperature is close to or below 0 ℃.

）在氣溫低于-25℃時(shí)，應(yīng)使用外部加熱系統(tǒng)，向柴油機(jī)體內(nèi)通入熱風(fēng)，預(yù)熱柴油機(jī)，然后用火焰加熱塞進(jìn)行冷起動(dòng)。

）When the air temperature is lower than - 25 ℃, the external heating system shall be used to inject hot air into the diesel engine block, preheat the diesel engine, and then use the flame heating plug for cold start.

）每周清洗一次油箱和粗濾（擰下放油螺栓，從燃油箱底部放出沉積物，每周一次）

）Clean the oil tank and primary filter once a week (unscrew the oil drain bolt and drain the sediment from the bottom of the fuel tank once a week)
