機械故障：

軸承問題：軸承磨損、潤滑不良等，可能導致發(fā)電機組運行不穩(wěn)定，甚至停機。

Bearing problems: Bearing wear, poor lubrication, etc. may cause unstable operation of the generator set, and even shutdown.

冷卻系統(tǒng)故障：水道堵塞、散熱器故障等，可能導致發(fā)電機組過熱。

Cooling system malfunction: blockage of water channels, radiator failure, etc., may cause overheating of the generator set.

振動和噪音：由于機械部件松動、不平衡或損壞，可能產(chǎn)生異常的震動和噪音。

Vibration and noise: Abnormal vibration and noise may occur due to loose, unbalanced, or damaged mechanical components.

電氣故障：

Electrical fault:

發(fā)電機勵磁系統(tǒng)故障：如主勵磁故障，可能導致發(fā)電機沒有勵磁電流或勵磁電流過大。

Generator excitation system failure: If the main excitation fails, it may cause the generator to have no excitation current or excessive excitation current.

發(fā)電機絕緣故障：絕緣老化和損壞、絕緣擊穿等，可能導致電氣性能下降，甚至引發(fā)短路。

Generator insulation failure: insulation aging and damage, insulation breakdown, etc., may lead to a decrease in electrical performance, and even cause short circuits.

控制系統(tǒng)故障：

Control system malfunction:

控制模塊故障：如調(diào)速器、電壓調(diào)節(jié)器等損壞或失調(diào)，可能影響發(fā)電機的輸出穩(wěn)定性。

Control module malfunction: Damage or misalignment of speed controllers, voltage regulators, etc. may affect the output stability of the generator.

傳感器故障：如溫度傳感器、壓力傳感器等失效，可能導致控制系統(tǒng)誤判或失效。
