（1）散熱器上下水室的維修方法：在檢測(cè)到散熱器的泄漏部分后，清潔泄漏的部分，然后用金屬刷或刮刀完全清理干凈金屬漆和鐵銹，然后用焊錫**。如果上下水室的固定螺釘中有大面積的漏水現(xiàn)象，可以將上下水室拆除，然后重新制作兩個(gè)尺寸合適的水室。在組裝上下水室之前，在墊片的***部和底部涂上粘合劑或密封劑，然后用螺釘將其固定。

(1) Maintenance method of radiator upper and lower water chamber: after detecting the leaking part of the radiator, clean the leaking part, and then completely clean the metal paint and rust with a metal brush or scraper, and then use solder * *. If there is a large area of water leakage in the fixing screws of the upper and lower water chambers, the upper and lower water chambers can be removed, and then two water chambers with appropriate size can be made again. （2）散熱器水管的維修方法：如果在檢測(cè)過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)散熱器外水管的損壞面較小，可以通過焊接進(jìn)行維修。如果損壞的部分很大，請(qǐng)使用尖嘴鉗鉗住損壞的管子的管端，以免其泄漏。但是，堵塞的管道數(shù)量不能過多，否則會(huì)影響散熱器的散熱效果。如果散熱器的內(nèi)部水管損壞，請(qǐng)拆下上下水室，并更換或焊接散熱器的內(nèi)部水管。

(2) Maintenance method of radiator water pipe: if the damaged surface of radiator outer water pipe is found to be small during the inspection, it can be repaired by welding. If the damaged part is large, use pointed nose pliers to clamp the pipe end of the damaged pipe to avoid leakage. However, the number of blocked pipes should not be too large, otherwise it will affect the heat dissipation effect of the radiator. If the inner water pipe of the radiator is damaged, remove the upper and lower water chambers and replace or weld the inner water pipe of the radiator.

3、水管泄漏解決方案當(dāng)水管因老化而泄漏時(shí)，應(yīng)立即換上新的水管。如果水管很難買到，可以用防水膠帶包裹。如果是因?yàn)閵A子生銹而發(fā)生漏水，則可以將夾子更換或用電線包裹。
