天然氣供給系統(tǒng)功用是：經(jīng)分離、過濾后的天然氣通過電磁閥進入壓力調(diào)節(jié)閥，根據(jù)天然氣組分，調(diào)節(jié)到合適壓力，供入天然氣發(fā)動機。主要由電磁閥、壓力調(diào)節(jié)閥、天然氣進氣管和球閥、電動調(diào)節(jié)閥等相關(guān)部件組成。發(fā)動機啟動故障時，主要檢查：

The function of the natural gas supply system is that the separated and filtered natural gas enters the pressure regulating valve through an electromagnetic valve, and is adjusted to the appropriate pressure according to the composition of the natural gas before being supplied to the natural gas engine. It mainly consists of solenoid valves, pressure regulating valves, natural gas intake pipes and ball valves, electric regulating valves and other related components. When the engine fails to start, the main checks are:

電磁閥：電磁閥線圈內(nèi)阻為35Ω，使用萬用表測量，如測量阻值過大或過小，則判斷電磁閥線圈損壞，需進行更換。另外電磁閥還通過壓力繼電器與潤滑油壓低、超速停車裝置相聯(lián)動，當(dāng)超速或潤滑油壓過低時，能自動關(guān)閉電磁閥，實現(xiàn)發(fā)電機組的安全互鎖。因此判斷電磁閥是否正常，除檢查本身外，還需對相關(guān)安全聯(lián)鎖裝置進行檢查。

Electromagnetic valve: The internal resistance of the electromagnetic valve coil is 35 Ω. Use a multimeter to measure it. If the resistance value is too high or too low, it is judged that the electromagnetic valve coil is damaged and needs to be replaced. In addition, the solenoid valve is also linked to the low lubricating oil pressure and overspeed shutdown device through a pressure relay. When overspeed or low lubricating oil pressure occurs, the solenoid valve can be automatically closed to achieve safety interlock of the generator set. Therefore, to determine whether the solenoid valve is normal, in addition to checking itself, it is also necessary to inspect the relevant safety interlock devices.

調(diào)節(jié)閥壓力：天然氣發(fā)電機進氣工作壓力為7~9kPa。壓力過高或過低都將會導(dǎo)致發(fā)動機啟動故障，因此主要檢查壓力調(diào)節(jié)閥出口壓力，檢查方法：先慢慢關(guān)上出口閥門，檢查出口閥至調(diào)壓閥間的壓力，如壓力穩(wěn)定，說明壓力調(diào)節(jié)閥正常。如壓力持續(xù)升高，則需對調(diào)節(jié)閥內(nèi)部膜片進行檢查更換。

Regulating valve pressure: The working pressure of the natural gas generator inlet is 7-9 kPa. Excessive or insufficient pressure can cause engine start-up failures. Therefore, the main inspection is to check the outlet pressure of the pressure regulating valve. The inspection method is to slowly close the outlet valve and check the pressure between the outlet valve and the pressure regulating valve. If the pressure is stable, it indicates that the pressure regulating valve is normal. If the pressure continues to rise, it is necessary to inspect and replace the internal diaphragm of the regulating valve.

燃料混合氣：經(jīng)空氣濾芯等進入的空氣經(jīng)燃?xì)饣旌掀骱蟀匆欢ū壤c天然氣形成可燃混合氣，進入燃燒室。如果濃度過濃或過稀，都會導(dǎo)致發(fā)動機無法啟動，我們可以通過可燃混合氣調(diào)整螺釘來調(diào)整可燃混合氣的濃度。
