發(fā)電機(jī)組能夠輸出的大功率與技術(shù)說明書規(guī)定的額定功率的比較,可以說明發(fā)電機(jī)組技術(shù)狀況的優(yōu)劣。在正常使用過程中,整機(jī)功率下降的程度也可說明零件的磨損程度,例如氣缸套活塞活塞環(huán)等零件的磨損。

柴油消耗增多。柴油消耗量的增加與很多因素有關(guān)。如噴油泵的分泵油量調(diào)整過大,噴油嘴出現(xiàn)竄油現(xiàn)象,冷卻效果差,進(jìn)排氣門密封不嚴(yán),潤(rùn)滑油的油質(zhì)較差,氣缸壓力過低等會(huì)使全自動(dòng)發(fā)電機(jī)組運(yùn)行中的用油量增加,所以發(fā)電機(jī)組油量的增加是一個(gè)綜合評(píng)定指標(biāo)。

If the oil quantity of the sub pump of the fuel injection pump is adjusted too much, the fuel injection nozzle shows oil leakage, the cooling effect is poor, the sealing of the intake and exhaust valves is not tight, the oil quality of the lubricating oil is poor, and the cylinder pressure is too low, etc., it will increase the oil consumption during the operation of the fully automatic generator set. Therefore, the increase in the oil quantity of the generator set is a comprehensive evaluation indicator.
潤(rùn)滑油消耗增加。在發(fā)電機(jī)組正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過程中,潤(rùn)滑油的增加主要反映在氣缸和活塞組的磨損程度的增大,而使機(jī)油竄入發(fā)電機(jī)組燃燒室的機(jī)油越多,發(fā)電機(jī)組排氣管冒藍(lán)煙也越大。
The consumption of lubricating oil has increased. 曲軸壓力減小。曲軸壓力的大小可判別全自動(dòng)發(fā)電機(jī)組氣缸套和活塞組件的磨損程度。

機(jī)油壓力減小。發(fā)電機(jī)組在正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過程中,機(jī)油壓力的高低可判斷出軸承的磨損情況,機(jī)油壓力越低,一般說明軸承的磨損間隙越大。

潤(rùn)滑油中的雜質(zhì)增多。潤(rùn)滑油中雜質(zhì)的多少克判斷全自動(dòng)發(fā)電機(jī)組內(nèi)部個(gè)需潤(rùn)滑部件的磨損程度。通過試驗(yàn)測(cè)定潤(rùn)滑油中各元素的含量也能判斷各運(yùn)動(dòng)部件的磨損速度。
