濾器是起到對柴油、機油或水過濾作用的，以防雜質進入機體內，而在柴油中油污、雜質也是不可避免的存在，所以在機組運行過程中，過濾器就起到了重要作用，但同時這些油污或雜質也就被沉積在濾網壁上而使濾器過濾能力下降，沉積過多，油路將無法暢通，這樣油機帶載運行時將會因油無法供給而休克(如同人缺氧)，所以正常發(fā)電機組在使用過程中，我們建議：常用機組每500 小時更換三濾;備用機組每二年更換三濾;
