1、檢查傳動結(jié)構(gòu)的鏈接螺栓，如果沒有緊固要緊固好。

1. Check the connecting bolts of the transmission structure. If they are not tightened, tighten them properly.

2、開啟打氣泵的排污閥。

2. Open the drain valve of the air pump.

3、檢查離合器手柄壓力是不是正常，超速保險裝置有沒有定位。

3. Check if the clutch handle pressure is normal and if the overspeed safety device is properly positioned.

4、檢查循環(huán)水泵、燃油泵、機油泵有無異常。

4. Check for any abnormalities in the circulating water pump, fuel pump, and oil pump.

5、機房操作人員要遵守安全操作，穿工作服、絕緣鞋，人員要分工明確。

6、把勵磁電阻置于最大的電阻位置，并將送電開關(guān)關(guān)掉。

7、查看貯氣瓶壓力有無異常。

8、將各系統(tǒng)管路閘門設(shè)置開啟位置。

9、查看飛輪和發(fā)電機部分防欄桿罩有沒有損壞。

10、檢查變速箱、調(diào)速器、離合器、油位、這些緊固件是否完好，油水溫度不得低于25度才可以啟動。

10. Check whether the gearbox, governor, clutch, oil level, and these fasteners are intact. The oil-water temperature must not be lower than 25 degrees before starting.

啟動和運行操作：

Start and run operations:

1、對于停機超過25h的機組，要先打開試動閥，并啟動機油泵，對于停機超過7天的機組，得先測量勵磁機及操作電路的絕緣電阻。

1. For units that have been shut down for more than 25 hours, the test valve should be opened first and the oil pump should be started. For units that have been shut down for more than 7 days, the insulation resistance of the excitation machine and operating circuit should be measured first.

2、柴油發(fā)電機組運轉(zhuǎn)之后，查看機油壓力表的指示值，如果升到規(guī)定值以上必須停止機油泵且要關(guān)閉掃氣泵排污閥，穿好前離合器螺釘。

2. After the diesel generator set is running, check the indicated value on the oil pressure gauge. If it rises above the specified value, the oil pump must be stopped and the scavenging pump drain valve must be closed, and the front clutch screw must be tightened.

3、發(fā)動燃油泵放出管路中的空氣，看看電壓有沒有在規(guī)定的值內(nèi)，正常，才能進(jìn)行正式啟動。

3. Start the fuel pump to release the air in the pipeline and check if the voltage is within the specified value. Only when it is normal can the formal start be carried out.

4、察看啟動電源的電壓有沒有符合要求，若電壓正常，可以啟動按鈕等發(fā)電機組正常運行后松開。

4. Check if the voltage of the starting power supply meets the requirements. If the voltage is normal, you can release the start button after the generator set is running normally.

5、發(fā)電機啟動后，即發(fā)電機及全部電氣設(shè)備都已帶電，不得伸手接觸帶電部位。

5. After the generator is started, that is, the generator and all electrical equipment are electrified, do not reach out to touch the electrified parts.

6、調(diào)整發(fā)電機組的轉(zhuǎn)速，在調(diào)整時必須注意觀察發(fā)電機運轉(zhuǎn)有無異常，正常，集電環(huán)及換向器上的電刷，無跳動、無冒火花等情況且無異常響聲。

6. Adjust the speed of the generator set, and pay attention to observing whether the generator is running normally. The electric brushes on the collector ring and commutator should be free of jumping, sparking, and abnormal noise.

7、發(fā)電機啟動后，應(yīng)逐漸提高柴油發(fā)電機組的轉(zhuǎn)速，并進(jìn)行送電前的檢查。

7. After the generator is started, the speed of the diesel generator set should be gradually increased and checked before power transmission.
